What ethnicity is truly the " whitest "?

Those are the ethnicities that I can think of as being the whitest of the whites. But who are truly whiter? ( I categorize Finnish as separate to scandinavian, because their genetics are completely different )

British 16
Scandinavian 30
Irish 4
Finnish 1

Not all White Anglo-Saxons are Protestant, there was time in the history of the World when they were nearly all Roman Catholics! My old Bible study/apologetics teacher is now heavily into street evangelism, and if I had my shit together I'd be of a mind to join him. A lot of former Protestants have converted to the Catholicism, because of the Catholic Evangelical of my old Bible study teacher! As far as I'm concerned that man is a saint, and I love him like a brother!

Culturally its the british. Most bland and boring foodstuffs ever. But skin to sun ratio its those who live very close to the Arctic circle. So Scandinavia and Finland. (Probably parts of russia too)

To be fair a lot of food in Britain is higher quality and better for you than the food on offer in the US. Even in British fast food outlets, the McDonalds isn't nearly as tanked up with flavourants and preservatives.

Anyway the original question was who is the whitest of the whites, and of the options available the answer is the Scandinavians. Norwegians, Swedes, Danes, Faroese people, and Icelanders are all extremely white.

I wasnt making a jab a quality. I know US food is make with garbage ingredients, just that you have lots of variety (albeit bad for your health)

Have you eaten in many restaurants in Britain? Where did you go?

I'm just surprised to hear someone say the food is boring. Thanks to it's extremely long history of invading and being invaded, it has some of the widest variety of cuisine in the world.

I have a lot of complaints about my home country, which is why I left it, but the food on offer wasn't one of them. I miss it.

I did a half tour group trip half explore on your own trip for 3 weeks. I couldnt tell you the names of the places I ate at but the food seemed bland

          Ah, that's a shame.

I had a similar experience with a tour group in Milan, Italy. I couldn't believe how shit the food was.

My theory is that guided tours never do a place justice. You really need locals to get a good feel for a place, but obviously you don't usually know any locals if you're visiting for a holiday.

For the self guided part of the trip I had a friend who lived in London for 6/12 months a year give me some good places to go for fish n chips and stuff but even he prefers the good ole cooking of american ways…

When I think of Anglo-Saxons I think of English, and Germanic people. I have a good bit of Welsh ancestry, but that is Celtic.

Ever tried Finnish food before? The blandness of that shit gives the British cuisine a run for it's money.

I love finland! Not as much as norway though… Anything is better than having fish n chips and bangers and mash all the damn time cause spice doesnt exist there. Not even fancy spices. Im sure someone from the uk would mistake oregano for weed!

I cant complain too much though. I did have a tikka masala meat pie when I visited Oxford

Here in Sweden, it's basically mashed potatoes and meatballs every day. Christmas food, easter food and midsummer food is the exact same thing.

Probably British? Think of the UK as a washing machine full of bleach. I'm very "British" btw, in case no one has figured that shit out yet. :)

My great grandmother was literally British. My Grandmother was American, and she is the one who raised me.

Obviously I'm American. I was born and raised here lol, no shit. BUT IF I HAD TO DECIDE ON ANOTHER COUNTRY...Yup, it'd definitely be the UK! :) I was just raised like this, ya know? :D Again...my grandma was literally fucking British, lol.

I am also half German and half Lithuanian btw, to anyone who is curious and interested about that kinda shit. :) Lithuania was the first counrty to escape its ties from the Soviet Union, btw.

In other words, I'm just a tiiiiiiiny bit Russian, Also, FUCK YOU! lol bye, off to drink some more. :)

    bye see ya guys later

Given the racist abuse of three black members of our national football team after losing the final of the European championship to Italy, obviously the English are (sadly) still the whitest.

This is a good question that ive always wondered. The question becomes what makes them whiter? I think gingers are probably the ones with the least melanon they sometimes cant work even work outdoor jobs, or atleast one dude I knew couldn't.

A lot of people I meet around where I live seem to have green or blue eyes alot and lighter hair. I myself have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and I am not very pale. I dont know where my ancestors are from tho I need to do one of those DNA tests.

But in Europe there is also white people that come from there that are darker haired and darker skinned I think. French people are usually a little darker

My father had told me when I was young that many French people in the south of France are darker and more latin The internet checks out.

"Some of them look slightly nordic, but their features are very different – they tend to have quite large aquiline noses. The further south you go, most people have dark brown/black eyes, dark brown/black hair and olivy skin."

I checks out because it's a fact. Lol France and the south in particular has a considerable population of immigrants from northern African countries. I was just curious because you just said "French people are usually a little darker", like in general...
