    Its completely hidden for me. The only way I can see this convo is through the "Notices" menu. It was there a while ago. Maybe 5 downvotes and it disappears

      Well even if I log out I see it. Its grey text on a grey background. Maybe your contrast is weird.

        Idk man I signed into my other account and logged out and still didnt see it. Earlier I saw the "Comment Hidden, show" link but its not there anymore. Very weird....
