I noticed a lot of younger people in my area just kind of sprinkle the word around randomly. And seem to think its a new word, which its really not. Rappers were using it in the 90s
It's just kids being bad at English because they're not thinking about what the words actually mean. It's like saying "I could care less." instead of "I couldn't care less."
