      I've heard that a lot too and I THINK it's a guy who sucks up to women kind of like a white knight, but I'm not 100% on that.

          that's basically accurate- people these days overuse the insult, though, so i wouldn't worry about it too much. some people online throw the word casually at any guy who says something nice to a girl.
