          You couldn't it would create a paradox.

          If you go back in time to prevent 9/11 then there would have been no reason to go back in time to prevent it, because it didn't happen.

        Anything that is Matter. Energy, like light, other forms of radiation, and electricity, is not matter and is thus not made of atoms. So I couldn't control that stuff.

          Actually energy and mass are related through the infamous equation E = mc^2
          An atom and an anti-atom annihilate and produce 2 opposing gamma photons. In theory colliding gamma photons could recreate an atom and anti-atom too in a process called pair-production.

    With "Fear Manipulation", couldn't you technically make rational fears become irrational fears and vice versa. The brave can cower by your command as well. A win-win in my book.

    Because I would basically be able to do all the rest.
    Nothing would be able to stop me.
    I could leave earth and create
    (with the atoms that are already there)
    My own solar system or choose to stay on earth and live and do what ever I wanted.
