What do you usually do for new years eve?

Stay home and have a quiet peaceable evening with my husband since NEW YEARS DAY IS HIS BIRTHDAY. We go for his birthday supper the day after, too many drunken assholes out and running aroung on 12-31 and 01-01.

I never made a big deal out of it, it's just another day. My family was never big on holidays because we had a farm and every day was the same to the animals, they still had to be taken care of and we couldn't travel or go out due to work so it's normal for me to want to stay home with close family. Keeps ya out of trouble at least! I always worry about getting hit by some drunk if I go out around a holiday too. Not worth it.
