I have smart tv which I assume the NSA and North Koreans can spy on me through, so I use it to talk to them. Unfortuntely they never talk back. If they are lucky they occasionally get a fun show from my girlfriend and I.

I don't have cable tv. I have a 50" 4K HD Roku smart tv. I watch youtube mostly, sometimes Amazon Prime videos, I just bought some good HD lesbian porn vids with fantastic clarity that are very educational, and fun for the whole family.

I use it for video games. Just Dance is fun to play on a TV.

I got a 55", 4k, curved Samsung with satellite TV and cable. I mostly watch movies and occasionally the news. I also stream stuff from my laptop via HDMI cable, cause no smart-tv interface is as fast, or as intuitive as a computer.

I have an HD antenna for the 4 major networks and Sling for sports and Jeopardy. I have Amazon prime and Netflix for movies/ documentaries and series. And I watch YouTube for mostly music.

My TV is always on, I like the background noise. I don't have cable currently but I have a fire stick with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Boomerang and a bunch of free apps. Sometimes I play music from YouTube thru my soundbar. I only pay for the Netflix, everything else I use someone else's account to get it free (for me, anyway haha). I'm thinking about getting TV again though because there's stuff I want to watch but I can't find it for free. I probably won't but I think about it a lot.

A friend of mine told me about a device I thought she called it a "Black Brain". It supposed to get tv from all over the world was what she told me. I have searched but not yet found it. I will ask her again and see if she remembers exact name or where it was obtained from. She also said it was under $200.

I saw something like that in a furniture store but I also forget what it was called. The guys in the store were all explaining it cause they'd just hooked it up to about 8 tvs in the shop. They were rapped cause they could get cricket and F1.

If I was still able to go to work I would watch a lot less. But sometimes it's on for background noise or a music channel. I can't drive anymore due to vision loss and Autoimmune disease. Employers don't want the liability of a legally blind person working for them. I can't blame them.
