What do you think when its voted that your is it normal question is not normal?

Let's pretend: You post a question on is it normal with the expectation that people will vote in your favor [that you are normal]. Except, almost all of the comments are bashing your viewpoint. {this also applies to comments that are hated-on too} DO YOU ASSUME:

Everyone else is wrong, I am STILL right & righteous. 7
I still think I'm right, but I'm surprised that people aren't with me. 37
MAYBE my opinion is a little off, I'll have to ponder this for a while 48
OMG! How could have I been so wrong about this?! 15

Unless it's something really REALLY weird, I think "hey, guess that makes me more unique."

NOBODY is normal here. That's why we sign up to a site called "is it normal?" because we question our own normality.

never assume everyone will agree with you.

if you do... then what happens when you find out they don't?

I dont think theres any such thing as normal. i do find it a little frustrating when some one comments about some thing they dont really know what there talking about.

I would imagine that I would ponder on it for awhile. Weight each side in. And know that to be normal we all must be abnormal. How boring would it be if we all agreed/disagreed on everything all the time?

Isnt that the point of asking the question?
