    • Things that I have proven work for myself is that it helps me with anxiety, depression, body pain, headaches/migraines, insomnia, negative thoughts, and lack of appetite to name a few. Not to mention it expands your mind, and has helped me figure out how to get through many things. While high, i decided that life's too short and I need to forgive and respect my father. While high, I decided i need to work a lot harder in school, and gain as much retainable knowledge as possible to help me in my career and life. I wasted 3 years in college on 3 different majors that I ended up not liking, and while high, i came up with the idea of what I really wanted to do with my life, and am loving it now.
It also has the potential of many unproven purposes, such as stunting the growth and/or preventing Alzheimer's and cancer. The only reason there aren't more "proven" medicinal effects, is because no one is willing to properly study an illegal substance.
