What do you think of people that hock a loogie and spit in public?

What is your views on it? Do you think it is rude to do that in public or not?

    It's a gross habit to pick up, especially when you spit in front of strangers, however if you have excess mucus and it's really bothering you then by all means spit it out but do it discreetly because nobody wants to hear that.
