There are also real-life stories of long-lost relatives who only met later in life and felt an irresistible attraction to each other. The closest I've ever come to being attracted to a relative was when my mom's long-lost half-brother got back in touch when I was in my early teens. When I first met him, I was struck by how handsome he was. He looked very different to anyone in my family with his curly dark hair and deep brown eyes. Moreover, he was a kind and free-spirited person and very easy to talk to. I'm not saying I felt about him 'that way', but he just didn't seem like family. There was nothing familiar about him.
