The only thing wrong with incest is the production of children. that's a real No-no. In any case, what counts as incest? I believe that in some american states, it's illegal to marry a cousin - it's incest. In Britain however, it's perfectly legal. not regarded as incest and there are many people married to cousins, and with normal children. In this day and age, so long as protection is used, where's the problem?

In many us states, marriage is allowed between second cousins, and some allow it between half and step-Cousins (is there a such thing as that?)and there maybe a couple that allow it from half siblings (Dont know though), other than that, its very controversial and illegal.

I think most of them are fake, but there are some that seem more believable, like some of the ones involving step-brothers and sisters and cousins. In some cultures it's still common and acceptable to marry your cousin.
There are also real-life stories of long-lost relatives who only met later in life and felt an irresistible attraction to each other. The closest I've ever come to being attracted to a relative was when my mom's long-lost half-brother got back in touch when I was in my early teens. When I first met him, I was struck by how handsome he was. He looked very different to anyone in my family with his curly dark hair and deep brown eyes. Moreover, he was a kind and free-spirited person and very easy to talk to. I'm not saying I felt about him 'that way', but he just didn't seem like family. There was nothing familiar about him.

Most of them are fake, but I've seen a couple that are probably real. Personally, I don't have a problem with it. It is a little gross, but just because I think something is gross doesn't mean that it's bad.
