i think its pretty obvious im not saying that. but with what you said "where there is not a shadow of doubt"...... well there's always a doubt. theres been a fair few cases where people have been 'proven guilty', sentenced to death and found out just before execution that they really are innocent. some people have been executed and found out later to be innocent. i guess i just think its inhumane to end anyones life. seeing things from your perspective though, wouldn't you prefer to punish someone by having them wake up everyday for the rest of their life to a shitty life in prison, rather than ending it all quickly? besides, it's actually cheaper to have them in prison than to execute them believe it or not. those are just my thoughts, sorry if its too long :p
