It has changed so many times that I actually don't know anymore. I've decided to make my current job my dream career and do the very best that I can at it for as long as possible.
Thanks, I am liking it so far. Drafting is not for everybody, that is for sure. You have to be a certain type of person really. I might not enjoy the work a whole lot, especially as time passes and I get better at it (as is the case with most jobs), but If I do good and stick with it, I will be able to make a very decent living, and that is what I aim to do :)

Most dreams are expensive though I think. I like that quote too, and I believe it was probably around before Back to the Future?
Anyway, I agree and I hope you get your bakery some day soon and travel across the world tasting food and documenting your experiences :)
