If you seem depressed as well, people might worry but they probably won't say anything. If they think you're happy, they probably won't notice too much. And if people ask, just make it clear that you're over that stage of your life.
I like to think most people wouldn't judge too harshly, as it's not uncommon.

OP, I've got a nasty wrist scar and nobody's ever asked about it. If yours are on the underside of your wrist, they're probably not that noticeable.
