No one in the general public in the USA receive an "experimental" drug. Only specific test groups who are informed and consent to testing the experimental drug receive them (and then usually they don't now if they receive the drug or an inert substance).
All the Covid-19 vaccines approved for use in the USA (even under "emergency approval rules" were tested on 10's of thousands - if not more than 100 thousand people prior to them even being considered for use by the FDA. A reality, is far more vaccines were tested than the approved 3. Most did not work well enough or had more serious side effects and the companies involved never submitted them to the FDA for consideration.
Most of the countries in the world use a similar system to test experimental drugs before approving them for use in the normal population.
So, which country are you living in that allows actual experimental drugs to be given to normal people. It's certainly not the USA or the countries in the EU.
The very reason the several lawsuits failed in the USA that claimed that the vaccines were experimental is that they were not; and the extensive "experimental" testing results per all modern standards for how such testing is to be conducted could be presented in court.
