Yes it has to have a cut off somewhere.
But I suppose to answer your question it seems to me that like 15-19 is a more appropriate age, at least I hope so for when I have kids, but as the great and talented Bob Dylan said, "These times, they are a' changin'"
Sad that they are when dignity and self respect and manners is so disregarded.
