A friend of mine was nine. Difficult to know if it harmed him but he did have a nervous breakdown. It'd be remiss if I didn't mention that the nervous breakdown came after a tour of duty in a warzone.
I thought your question was about young people having sex and whether it's a good thing or a bad thing. I might have read that wrongly, though, so sorry!
The whole story was about a friend who had sex aged nine and began to destabilise resulting in a nervous breakdown when under stress. I included that it happened during wartime for balance so that people could form their own opinions.
