I agree with many other commentators that men and women, in this regard, should be held to the same legal standards,
I disagree with the conclusion that often seems to follow, that of banning mens shirtlessness to.
The proper conclusion is to get the law out of peoples business, not expanding their meddling with our bodies by also banning male public appropriate shirtlessness, but to embrace the legal right of women to the same freedom.
