You are not weird, but it might be better if you just left the hair alone, some guys think it looks quite sexy, but of course its your arms and you can do anything you like. One thing that I really don't like on a guy in particular is tattoos, remember if you get them on your arm, there on for life, unlike hairs which you can shave off.

I shave mine but that's just because I find arm hair on girls to be gross. Yeah I'm weird, I know.
