Yes, that is true, most girls do have a little fine hair on their arms, but if the hair gets a bit noticeable, she will immediately shave the hair off, I remember years ago when I was a postman I delivered mail to a Health Center, the receptionist was a pretty young woman, about 20, however, every 4 or so weeks I noticed that she was becoming quite hairy on her arms, unfortunately on the 5th week the hair was gone, of course she had shaved all the hair off, she did not want all the doctors patients to comment, "O that girl on reception has very hairy arms". Perhaps if she had had another type of job, she would not have shaved the hair off. It makes you wonder just how many women do shave the hair off their arms, perhaps as many that shave under their arms, most do.
