I won't waste my time to check the reliability of your news but I shall praise your efforts on searching those OLD news among 12 years ago, you must spend a lot of time. So, if you are that brilliant, please answer me why the American attacked Iraq. Don't tell me it is because the Iranians had hidden some terrible weapons as it has not be proven, till now.
