What do you prefer to call an erection?

I was wondering about this in general, but also if people of different genders have different preferences. If you don’t have a tendency to just use one name for it, choose the one you most often prefer to use.

    I'm more of a flat person when I'm home so I'll just flat out tell her im aroused. Since shes my gf and has a similar or just an understanding of my personality she appreciates the formality.

    Usually just dick actually. I don't have a separate name I use often. If I do though I use erection because it sounds cooler and takes longer to say.

    I mean do you mean just for men. Technically women can not get an erection becuase they have nothing to become erect. Though I have heard women say they have a "ladyboner".
