Hard to choose between endless energy and innocence. Chose endless energy, though. Whilst it would be nice not to know about all the horrible stuff that happens in the world, knowing about it puts you in a better position to do your bit to help? Another branch off that loss of innocence is obviously about the complexity of adult emotions, but that's just life! Adults are responsible for their own emotions etc. Then I guess there's sexual innocence/loss of it as well. For me the other two things are more prominent, though.
