I too watch TV and browse the internet. But what I hate doing but still do is that I masturbate to my heart's content watching porn.
Do not hate doing that cause it is normal. However, if you feel uncomfortable, try to minimize the amount of time you watch porn and probably you'll masturbate a little bit less. But I repeat, you are not doing nothing wrong.
