Stay inside as much as possible. Bake, decorate, tease my kids about Christmas (make them think they aren't getting anything), get drunk. I do like to take photos when it snows or frost does something cool, unfortunately that means going outside.
When I was a kid I loved sledding. It's still fun but I smoke a lot so the trek back up the hill has gotten difficult.
