I think Mac is expensive, but for the average person's needs, I think it's the most reliable and "no hassle" option.
I understand the argument for Windows with the bang for the buck.... but it seems that no matter how nice they try to make windows computers, it just can't really compete with the fluidity and simplicity of the apple design. From the materials that they use and the compact, modern look to the simple and intuitive operating interface, it really just beats out competitors.
I think what's nice also is that you can really just open up a mac and start using it very easily. You really don't have to worry about anti-virus or anything, which is nice. For a business professional, artist, student, or just for casual use, I think that the Mac is a great option if one can afford it.
For the gamer or computer coder or someone who needs to use a lot of intensive software, I think that PC is probably the better option. For people that really know computers well, I think they will probably prefer PC most of the time.
I don't want to give Mac the upper hand in this debate because they are extremely pricey and I think the company has declined just a little bit in quality over the last few years, but even with that, I think that there is simply nothing that is as streamline, simple, and intuitive as Apple products in the computer market right now.
The only "game" if you even want to call it that I have on my mac is minecraft, and I hate playing it because my legs get fried so fast. If I ever do get a gaming pc it would never be a mac.
What do you like: MAC or Windows?
