What do you guys think of jordan peterson all beef diet

He follows the meat and green diet since it helps with his autoimmune disorder, he even claims he couldn’t fall asleep for 3 weeks because of it.

But I didn’t think such a diet would be good for your kidneys.

  • Question any diet people follow. I’ve also heard highly salty food increases your risks of stomach ulcers and if left untreated they can become cancerous.

    I'd never heard of this, but since I've just woke up, I could do with a little hit of adrenaline to start the day and anything to do with Jordan Peterson can be relied on to do that, I decided to Google.

    From what I've seen, "greens" don't feature in his diet, and he claims that all he eats is beef, salt and water. Since I can't imagine that such a diet can possibly be doing him any good in health terms, I think this is an excellent diet for Jordan Peterson. Since the beef he's eating is presumably the hormone-saturated crap that everyone in North America has to eat, so much the better.

    But I think it would be a very bad diet for anyone who's making even a minimal positive contribution to the world.

      The diet is just beef. That's it. Beef 3 meals a day, everyday. Nothing but beef and water. He seasons his beef with salt only.

        Damn really? Jordan peterson is a smart guy, but if you ONLY eat beef, that will without question lead to some form or nutrient deficiencies after a short period of time. Even more important, its severly restrictive and would be very hard to follow, but yet has no unique health benefit. You would probably lose weight only eating calorie dense meat, but this can't be good for your health especially long term.
