What do you eat/drink before bed?
I just drink water, but I heard there's benefits in other things as well (aloe vera, ginger tea etc.). Though sometimes I'll eat a snack.

I usually have my last meal by 9:00pm. It's usually something sweet like a slice of pie or a cookie. I sleep around 11:30ish, so I try not to eat anything at or after ten. I tend to gain weight when I do.
I have a pretty serious dental routine right before going to bed, so nothing.
As for night snacks earlier, it could be whatever's around, or junk food.
I drink either tea or warm milk, and a peanut butter spoon. My mom would make that kind of thing for me as a kid and it helps me fall asleep to this day
Right before bed I don't eat. But I do enjoy a glass, or two of whiskey. I find myself drifting away into slumber land, much quicker and sleeping better.
