I chose the "Do I NEED to hear what they say", but I wish I could truly answer "Start jerking off. I bet they'll holler then!" hahaha. That made me laugh. Usually I just ask them to repeat twice and if I still don't understand then either "Mm" in agreement or just laugh, whichever I think (or hope) is the most appropriate.
