I am a low-talker, at least at the age I'm currently at. It's extremely annoying for me, I so wish I could have a deep, audible voice. Whenever I try to speak with gusto I just sound like I'm half-shouting, which weirdly doesn't help much.
I dunno what people should do when they can't hear me, moving closer is a good idea, I often stand quite close to people when I'm talking with them.
Don't flip out at "low-talkers" because you can't hear them, it makes me feel less confident and very self-conscious and some people (like me) really can't help it.
What do you do when you encounter a "low talker"?
