What do you do when someone doesn't reply to an important email?

I emailed a former teacher of mine to visit next week. She hasn't emailed back, and I don't know how to interpret that.I mentioned it the last time I saw her, and she was very enthusiastic! I don't want to annoy her, but I want to know if I should plan to visit her. The answer will most likely be yes. Should I try again in a week or two?
