Caffeine, sugar and most importantly a routine of going to bed late at night. I stay up until 2 or 3am most nights, sometimes later, without needing to do anything now because it's part of my routine.
I don't sleep nearly enough. I'm trying to get to bed earlier, but my body clock doesn't seem to like the change of routine very much. As it's half term break right now I'm staying up later than I normally would as well, which is bound to affect my work quite a lot when I go back next week. I've started trying to get to sleep by 1, which would leave me 6 to 7 hours a night. It's impacted on my work quite a bit in the past before as well, so I'm trying not to let my lack of sleep run away with me.
What do you do to stay awake?

Yeah I think the problem is just routine, even though we have a week off I'm still going to bed at 10 at the latest:)
