  • I don't recognise the convention of labelling meals based upon what time of day they are eaten. Instead my system describes meals by what they consist of (much like our system for describing everything else on the planet). So, to answer your question, I carry my whole eggs, egg whites, water, nonfat dry milk, premium egg blend (isolated pea product, salt, citric acid, dextrose, guar gum, toxic waste, xanthan gum, extractive of spice (WTF?), propylene glycol and not more than 2% calcium silicate and glycerine to prevent caking), soya bean oil, butter alternative (liquid and hydrogenated soya bean oil, food alternative, salt, soya lecithin, natural and artificial and alien flavours, beta carotene (colour), TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavour from the rest of the fucking shit in this sandwich, dimethylpolysiloxane (antifoaming agent added), salt, beta-carotene again (colour) in a sandwich box.
