@ fuck'em: In my opinion, the Bible is a collection of myths in my opinion, which, factually, rationally, and practically, makes it bullshit material from which to form one's opinions on modern-day society. Men and women aren't the same, and I don't even know if we're equal in the sense that many believe. For example, men have been shown to be generally better at remember "masculine events" like sports games while women are better at remember names, faces, and landmarks. Then again, facts like this are merely trends with outliers. Most critically, we are each equally necessary for the function and survival of the other, and that's equal enough to merit equal rights if not equal treatment in all things.
