Many things depending on what one likes.
If I like sports, I'd want something to help me practice, like sport shoes or sportswear, or dumbbells etc.
If I like Batman, anything Batman related from a shirt to a cup is something I will appreciate.
If it's your boyfriend, a nice day with you in a special place (amusement park, beach, jacuzzi, theatre etc).
My favorite meal would be great too.
An item I wanted for a long time but never bought for some reason.
