    Call the cops, and press charges for assault. I also believe he could get in trouble for threatening to kill you.

      I was jogging in the park and I stopped and he tried to touch my boobs so I slapped him and ran but then he caught up and kept hitting me repeatedly in the head, neck, stomachache and legs

        Call the police! You need to meet with a detective, and have a police sketch artist take your description. That piece of shit is a predator who beat you, because you wouldn't let him sexually assault you. You are probably not the only one he has attacked.

        How on Earth could he track you on your cellphone? Did he steal your phone, put an app on it, and give it back to you?

        I know you are scared, and don't want to make a fuss, but you need to tell your boyfriend everything that happened ASAP.

        Honestly, if the police can get the local news to air their sketch of this guy there's a good chance that he might get caught, and other victims might come forward. That guy belongs in jail!

          I doubt a loser like that has any technical ability. But she could just remove the battery from the phone, and replace it after she is safe.
