So if she has a big ass for example, or a small/medium one but is apparent under tight jeans or yoga pants or something, then it's gonna be ass. And she'll be defined primarily by her ass. Which is not a bad thing - she's a woman after all. In the same way a man can be primarily defined by his money, his position, his skills, or his ability to provide structure, security, and take care of business.
Beyond that, there's the legs, the face, the hair, and the overall figure, in that order. That is, if I have the time to see it all, and she's not just quickly passing by. The camel toe is also somewhere up the list, when it can be seen at all.
There's also mannerisms and demeanor, which can by high on the list. But you only asked for physical.
