Got together with some American buddies of mine (US soldiers in Germany) and we got drunk XD
First there were the formalities. Since most of those guys are family men - accompanying children for the trick or treat run across the base cul-de-sacs, having dinner, me scaring the kids with SCP stories XD
Then most of us went to a Halloween party on base. My girlfriend was dressed like Morticia Adams and I was in a black suit with sunglasses, pretending to be a member of the MIB and cracking alien jokes all night XD
