I am watching from outside the USA and while I do believe that these people have the right to protest. There's this phenomenom calls polarization where people would act differently when they are part of a crowd sharing the same thoughts about a subject.
I was not surprised at all.
And I do believe that violence is quite necessary sometimes.
Doing well. We don't have any corona cases here,thanks to our small airport that do not receive international flights, so life is going as usual. The mauritian government is trying to get Diego back. I don't think they'll succeed though. The story of the chagossian people is such a sad story though. I saw the videos when they were allowed to visit the islands some years back and it was truly heartbreaking.
