      Cassette Tapes. Madonna, Rick Astley, Kylie Minogue, Kool & The Gang and MJ records. Coz' that was the later half of the 80s for me. Or did I misunderstand OPs question?

          Sure most of her songs were mainstream hits of the early 90s charts. I was only referring to her hit singles, 87 through 89. I agree, she was a sex siren of sorts that one.
