  • Depends on the type of beer. The best porter I ever had was Canadian. For bitter, it's probably England. For stout, Ireland. For pilsener, the Czech Republic or Germany. For lager, Germany, Belgium, or Italy. For wheat beer, Belgium. I generally drink lager or wheat beer and my "usual" changes every six months to a year. I've been through Okocim (Polish), Kronenbourg (French), Kirin (Japanese), Red Stripe (Jamaican) and I'm on San Miguel now (Spanish). As the nights draw in, I'll start drinking ale and will go to stout at Christmas. There's nothing like drinking a Guinness in a real British pub while the snow falls outside. Happy times!

    I want a beer now. :/
