Single parties dont work. Theres no opposing position and things will just go one way which is bad. Theres no elections if theres only one party. There has to be at least 2 parties involved. Democracies are slower when it comes to change but make up with high levels of stability.
Those democratic socialist want in the endgame to make the economy fully socialist without election processes. That's some bullshit that I will come knocking with my guns and 100 million pissed of citizens.
I'm not for socialism I'm more for a party that is based on civic nationalism we can have some other ideals thrown into the mix I can see that parties like the democrats and republicans have some good ideas.
But right now they are more into winning then fixing things the biggest problem being the massive divide that the populace is having.
The last few leaders have not done anything but fan the flames that's why I don't vote the two party system is trash I can see some good in it and I can understand that some problems could pop up in a one party system.
What countries would U.s. Republicans like to live in?
