I prefer most girls with their natural hair colour. You should do whatever you think looks the best on you, and whatever makes you seem confident, but really... I think you shouldn't dye your hair.
Especially if you've got a dark complexion, You shouldn't bleach my hair. You'd look better with dark hair.
But, I've got no idea what you look like. So the choice is entirely up to you.
