What career field should i look into?

I've been looking through different careers in a desperate attempt to figure out a plan for myself.
Here are some things I came up with about myself, feel free to let me know of compatable fields (the ones I've found were low-demand/low-paying)

-I am very adaptable and although I feel overwhelmed on the inside, I can put those feelings aside and move forward.
-I can tolerate long hours of having to record/write/organize information. A part of me finds it kind of a pleasant change from people expecting me to say something or act a certain way.
-Sure, the mundane is never fun, but routine keeps me comfortable. I don't like unpredictable changes to my schedule.
-I'd like a comfy office environment. It just feels more natural to me.
-Money matters a lot to me, probably because I don't have it. I want to be able to save and invest so I can afford to live happily and comfortably (and maybe change careers smoothly, if needed)
-I am very intimidated by careers in engineering and the medical field. I just can't.
-I still need some kind of engagement. Granted, I'm depressed so that isn't easy to come by. It is easy to get through the day surrounded by energetic and motivated people (they are my lifeline), HOWEVER, if I am working with something I don't like, it will be like walking a cat.
-I don't do so well with other people, specifically with making an impression. I know I can't survive like this but I will get too anxious having to impress people. I'd rather just be casual and act "normal", but no career allows that unless it's undesirable for whatever reason.
