The following are with regard to the United States.
Girls can - hit the opposite sex, get less time served for identical crimes, rape a member from the opposite sex and have it not be taken seriously, sexually harass men with lesser consequences, have better chances of winning a custody battle, be gay with less stigma, be flamboyant without stigma, have ability to not get in to physical confrontations without being considered a bitch, not register for compulsory military service, more easily talk about your feelings with acquaintances of the same sex.
Men can - more easily attain better wages, have a better chance of being elected for public office, have more and better employment opportunities, be stigmatized to a lesser extent for being promiscuous, be more likely to be taken seriously.
Your first point - After a bit a research, it appears that you are correct. My apologies.
Second point - My evidence is somewhat anecdotal but Ill say it anyway. As a pansexual male, when I tell a random person that the person they have been talking to is equally attracted to men, they usually respond with "that's fucking gross." My cousin, a lesbian, when someone finds out about her sexuality, she is usually met with a barrage of inquiries. Such as, "have you had sex with a man? What is it like with a woman? Did a man break your heart?" the worst has been , "that's a shame." People tend to no that they don't like male homosexuality where as females tend to be met with condescension.
third point - Isn't that what I said? the bit about compulsory military service.
You said "not register" which isn't exactly the same as "legally can't even register". It's not sexist because males have to sign up, it's sexist because women CAN'T sign up.
The guy above listed assumed male and female inequalities and you felt the need to only question the male side of inequalities, is what I'm getting at. Lol
Oh ok. I definitely feel the need to destroy the family court gender bias myth because all it does it hurt so many people. It's such a pervasive myth and so readily accepted as true that so many fathers, children and mothers suffer needlessly. Selective Services....well it factually IS sexist because it excludes women. People are ignorant and knee-jerk it and think it's sexist for only accepting men but the real reason it's sexist is that it excludes women! Duh. As for the gay/lesbian part...mostly I was talking about discrimination. People who oppose homosexuality generally don't make exceptions for anyone. I've never heard of people opposing gay marriage or adoption based on gender, etc. Gay men get harrassed in general and so do gay women too just in some slightly different ways but in terms of systematic discriminatiom I believe it's virtually the same. The rest of the points he made, while slightly debateable are mostly true and I feel didn't deserve a full examination on this thread.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic here in saying that it's more sexist not to force women in to war than it is to force men in to war...Are you being sarcastic here? Please be that it is sarcasm...
I agree, legally the homosexuality issue does not have legal differences between men and women however it is socially different. Lesbianism is considered "sexy" while homosexuality in men still has a large stigma. Ofcourse, lesbianism isn't free of stigma, just that it has less of it from less people.
What can one gender do that just doesn't work for the other gender?

Family court gender bias is a myth.
I'd have to disagree that lesbians have it easier than gays. Real lesbians, I mean.
Women aren't allowed to sign up for Selective Service.
