  • Ectomorph but I actually prefer riding my bike over walking or running (: I’ve been eating more than most of my family for years to try put on weight but can’t. I don’t have any muscle but I’m thinking of trying protein bars though they’re too expensive for my mum to buy :/

  • I have no clue, but I'm 117 pounds, and eat a LOT of food. There was a short time where I gained extra muscle ridiculously fast when I changed departments at my job and was lifting things there on a daily basis, but then I lost the muscle in a short six month span when they changed my department's roles. XD

  • Lol idk. I had the same shape as Britney Spears for most of my youth( same height similar proportions shorter legs). We have the same birthday thats funny...same year too.These days im a bit more zaftig but im ok with that.

  • Ectomorph, and hated by body positivists for that.

    They think that we ectomorphs have unrealistic bodies.

    We constantly get called "anorexic", "skeletons", etc. by the body positive people, and we are told that we should eat more and stop listening to media or something. We are done with that stuff, really.

  • Ectomorph. Quite an extreme one too holy shit. Little bit of meso but not much. My upper body looks small compared to how strong it is so even though I have built a lot of muscle it isn't great compared to my strength. But early in my college years I was easting 8-11 thousand calories a day and still gaining weight slowly, granted I was already pretty big. But to gain weight has always taken a serious dietary effort.

  • Its physically impossible to have less than 2% bodyfat and be alive. The male body needs 3% just to survive. If you were 6 ft tall and 210 pounds and even 5% bf you would literally be one of the best natural bodybuilders in the entire fucking world. Those guys do more than walking and hiking.

    • I used an online calculator and it guessed I was 7% based on measurements. Now I look like a starving Ethiopian so I can say for certain, 2%, NO CHANCE.

      • That's wrong too lol. Women need 8-9% just to survive as well. Most online calculators are shit. I once tried 3 different ones when I wa pretty lean and I got 7% on one, 14% on another and 19% on another! 7% is crazy ripped and 19 percent is like chubby.

          • Yeah I'm not denying you are very lean it's just that 10% on a woman looks just as shocking at 5% on a man cause women store more fat for reproduce purposes. Based on your description, my guess is maybe 13-14%. So very lean but not like crazy ridiculous diararetic-abusing lean.
