  • Your right, but your presuming that in a dire situation that there was somebody that never did or said anything inherentlty wrong in the first place. When in reality it's more complex then that. I do follow that principle, but only to a certain extent. If there's any evidence that points to any prejudice or injustices in your world view then I would have to assume that there is some pernicious intent to be found in that world view. I'm okay with people expressing misinformation or illogical reasoning to assume they have the right to express trans people as lesser, since I support freedom of speech. However, if there's any point in time where that information leads to people gaining the wrong type of world view then I have to say something about it, since it's in me to do so. I disagree, Insulting people may lead to revelations in their world view that they might have not experienced before. Therefore, leading them to second guess how they see the trans community and overall come out enlightened for trans people as a whole. Insults as a whole can be a tool used to gain that person's attention, once that happens you seize that opportunity to talk to that person about anything you want. I don't do it all the time, but when I do I make sure that I don't overstep my boundaries and try to sound mean or not worth talking to. I have done that in the past and have learned from my mistakes. Trans rights are the next step to social equality and I will do anything for people to see that trans people are just like you and me. If at any point you disagree with my philosophy then that's ok after all I'm a flawed human being at the end of the day who wants to see the best in humanity.
