  • Look at any case study of any country in the world where gun control laws have been introduced. Find me a single one in which gun violence has increased in the long-term after these laws. Only then I will give any credence at all to your viewpoint.

    • Gun violence increasing is not the point being made. Gun violence DOES decrease, but never goes away.

It's the NON-gun-related violence that SKYROCKETS. How are these people going to protect themselves if they aren't armed? Is the burglar/rapist/murderer going to wait 5, 10, 25 minutes for a cop to show up? Fuck no!

      • Gun violence disappearing completely is not the point being made either. As you so rightly say, it decreases even if it doesn't go away.

"It's the NON-gun-related violence that SKYROCKETS."
        Source please.

        • Is this venture worth my while or are you just going to ignore the sources I give you? :/

          • I won't ignore them, I promise. I'll dispute their validity if I think they are invalid, and I'll reply with counter-sources if I find them. I might even change my mind, if you can convince me so. I won't ignore them, though.
