Change is all there is; The only constant if you like.
The day changes to night.
Seasons change.
The weather constantly changes here.
Fashions change, along with music.
Relationships change.
Friends.
Family.
You.
Nothing is constant; Its an illusion.
I know it feels like things stay the same, but they don't.
Including you.
Are you the same person you were 5 years ago?
Look in a mirror.
It's all good though. Understand that change is all there is.
All is cyclic.
Even you.
Death?

I adapt quickly (thank god) so change good or bad doesn't affect me too much
I need change or I'll go crazy. But I also need a few familiar things that I can rely on.
I think I like routines, little things like listening to a podcast before going to sleep or larger things like staying at a certain place but then sometimes I feel like I need a change, like I want something big to happen, like travelling, I'd love to travel around the world, my family know someone who is 90 years old who still makes a point of going to two countries a year, I think of all the things she's seen and all the places she's been, I want to be able to look back at my life and see it full of experiences like that.
Sorry, gone off topic,
I do that
Sometimes change is good. It can be something you've looked forward to, e.g., starting a phase in life which you have seen others embark on before you.
Sometimes change is bad, seeming to move you away from the joy of youth. Thinking of how good times distance themselves into the past can cause wistfulness or sadness.
Change can be a positive thing. Although with it comes an unknown factor that can deter a lot of people from it. It can interesting. However, I'm more interested in how people react to it.
Love it. Can't get enough of it. You only live a short life so you need to cram as many experiences into it as you can, and you can't do that without change.
